Paramount Farms has found a strategic partner in SD Worx who fully supports us in the HR area. The Belgian payroll administration was initially launched by the SD Worx Foreign Employers department. The Dutch and French payroll administration followed later on through the International Payroll Services department.

We performed a close review of the Belgian employees' salary package together with the SD Worx Legal and Reward consultants. Following the creation of a number of benchmarks, the remuneration and benefit policy was then harmonised and SD Worx drew up appropriate contracts of employment, policies and agreements on use.  A similar exercise is currently underway in France.
